Job Description
Role
As an expert technician in the brand, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a first time fix culture to maximise customer satisfaction and reduce operating costs for the dealership. You are expected to accurately interpret and diagnose faults and assist others where necessary. You are also to help out in servicing, maintenance and repair work in accordance with customer, dealer, and manufacturer's standards and expectations.
Requirements
• Trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Motor Mechanic; with current NSW Tradesperson’s Certificate/Card or eligibility to secure one
• Solid employment history as a fully qualified auto technician in a dealership environment
• Training certifications in Peugeot, Citroen, ideally at Master Technician or at Diagnostic Tech level
• Ability to build and maintain positive relations with customers and peers
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, as well as excellent attention to details
• Committed to achieving high level of customer satisfaction
